Neighborhood Resource Center:
The Westside CAN Center provides neighborhood residents with information on City, County and State services and programs.
Neighborhood newsletter and bulletins.
The WCAN Center provides a place for neighborhood groups to meet.
In June of 2006 the WCAN Center began a weekly Narcotics Anonymous meeting.
Telephone is used by many in the neighborhood without a phone.
Kansas City Police Dept. Office.
Able to talk with the officers and or fill out police reports.
Official site for the KCPD - Office of Citizen Complaints - able to fill out complaint form against a police officer or staff person with the police department in a less stressful environment.
